            Adsorption drying method is to use all kinds of adsorbent, such as: silica gel, activated alumina, molecular sieve adsorption moisture in compressed air, so as to achieve the purpose of drying , the method can be easily compressed air pressure dew point treatment to the temperature below the freezing point of water, but because the adsorbent itself adsorption capacity is limited, so the drying process of compressed air should be carried out continuously by the method of alternating adsorption of two or more towers.

Product introduction

        BH series is to remove the water in the compressed air through the principle of variable temperature and pressure adsorption. However, different from the traditional heated Desiccant dryer, it adopts the regeneration process of heated blower, which can effectively save the gas consumption of compressed air or achieve gas-free consumption.

Operational principle

        The air blast heat regeneration adsorption dryer adopts a double tower structure. One tower absorbs and dries the compressed air under the working pressure. At the same time, the ambient air inhaled by the blower is filtered by the suction filter and pressed into the system. After being heated by the regeneration gas heater, the other tower is heated and regenerated. After being heated and regenerated for a certain time, it enters the cold blowing stage.
        For the micro air consumption dryer, in the cold blowing regeneration stage, part of the dry compressed air will be taken as regeneration gas to conduct cold blowing regeneration of the adsorbent; For the zero gas consumption suction dryer, the high-temperature air from the regeneration tower will continue to enter the regeneration tower for cold blowing of the adsorbent after being cooled and dried by the cooler, forming a closed cycle until the adsorbent of the regeneration tower drops to the optimal working temperature, so as to achieve no gas consumption in the whole process.

        For the Low Gas Consumption-Adsorption Type Dryer,  the colding regeneration process will take part of the dry compressed air as re-gas for cold regeneration of the adsorbent, For the No Gas Consumption-Adsorption Type Dryer,the high temperature air from the regeneration tower will be cooled and dried by the cooler and continue to enter the regeneration tower for cold regeneration of the adsorbent, forming a closed cycle until the adsorbent of the regeneration tower is reduced to the optimal working temperature, so as to realize the whole process of no gas consumption.
