60m³ / min TCAC Series is put into use in energy saving projects of chemical fiber industry

        Recently, The TCAC Series with a total processing capacity of 220m³ / min (two 60m³ / min and two 50m³ / min equipments) delivered by Baosi Purification to a large chemical fiber company in Zhejiang Province passed the user's two-month trial run and successfully completed the acceptance.

        During the trial run, the equipment condition of our products is operation, and the oil content of the equipment outlet is less than 0.01mg / m³ (i. e., gb GB / T 13277.1-2008 (eq v. ISO8573.1) Class 0 oil-free standard).

        The customer is a large-scale enterprise mainly engaged in the production and sales of spandex silk, tire cord cloth, differential fiber silk, polyester industrial silk, nylon film and other products. The project is in the form of contract energy management. After the comparison of various schemes, considering multiple factors such as price and energy consumption, and combining with the characteristics of long-term continuous production of the enterprise itself, we finally chose the way of using energy saving oil lubricated air compressor with TCAC Series instead.

       Compared with oil-free compressors, the advantages of this scheme are lower procurement and maintenance costs and lower comprehensive energy consumption. At the same time, it has the characteristics of short domestic equipment procurement cycle.
